A Bill supplementing, amending, reducing, expiring, and transferring specified amounts from "Former" Account No. 8014-99, "WVFIMS" Account No., Fund No. 7151, fiscal year 1994, No. Organization 0704, insurance commission--cash control; "Former" Account No. 8016-99, "WVFIMS" Account No., Fund No. 7152, fiscal year 1994, Organization 0704, insurance commission--cash control; "Former" Account No. 8097-99, "WVFIMS" Account No., Fund No. 3371, fiscal year 1994, Organization No. 0315, oil and gas conservation commission--cash control; "Former" Account No. 8121-06, "WVFIMS" Account No., Fund No. 1207, fiscal year 1994, Organization No. 1200 social security contributions; "Former" Account No. 8151-99, "WVFIMS" Account No., Fund No. 2220, fiscal year 1994, Organization No. 0210, information services and communications division--revolving fund; and "Former" Account No. 8280-99, "WVFIMS" Account No., Fund No. 8623, fiscal year 1994, Organization No. 0926, public service commission--cash control; and transferring, as provided herein, such specified amounts for expenditure during the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-four, to "Former" Account 5900, "WVFIMS" Account No. Fund No. 0226, fiscal year 1994, 0221, public defender services, all amending chapter one, acts of the Legislature, first extraordinary session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-three, known as the budget bill.
WHEREAS,
The Legislature finds that the amounts collected in "Former" Account No. 8014-99, "WVFIMS" Account No., Fund No. 7151, fiscal year 1994, No. Organization 0704, insurance commission--cash control; "Former" Account No. 8016-99, "WVFIMS" Account No., Fund No. 7152, fiscal year 1994, Organization 0704, insurance commission--cash control; "Former" Account No. 8097-99, "WVFIMS" Account No., Fund No. 3371, fiscal year 1994, Organization No. 0315, oil and gas conservation commission--cash control; "Former" Account No. 8121-06, "WVFIMS" Account No., Fund No. 1207, fiscal year 1994, Organization No. 1200 social security contributions; "Former" Account No. 8151-99, "WVFIMS" Account No., Fund No. 2220, fiscal year 1994, Organization No. 0210, information services and communications division--revolving fund; and "Former" Account No. 8280-99, "WVFIMS" Account No., Fund No. 8623, fiscal year 1994, Organization No. 0926, public service commission--cash control, exceed the amounts necessary to effectuate the purposes of these funds and should be redesignated; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the amount of one hundred ten thousand eight hundred sixty-six dollars be transferred from "Former" Account 8014-99, "WVFIMS" Account No., Fund No.7151, fiscal year 1994, No. Organization 0704, insurance commission--cash control; the amount of eight hundred twenty-seven thousand six hundred twenty-two dollars be transferred from "Former" Account 8016-99, "WVFIMS" Account No., Fund No. 7152, fiscal year 1994, No. Organization 0704, insurance commission--cash control; the amount of two hundred thousand dollars be transferred from "Former" Account No. 8097, "WVFIMS" Account No., Fund No. 3371, fiscal year 1994, No. Organization 0315, oil and gas conservation commission--cash control; the amount of four hundred thousand dollars be transferred from "Former" Account No. 8121-06, "WVFIMS" Account No., Fund No. 1207, fiscal year 1994, No. Organization 1200, social security contributions; the amount of three hundred fifty thousand dollars be transferred from "Former" Account 8151-99, "WVFIMS" Account No., Fund No. 2220, fiscal year 1994, No. Organization 0210, information services and communications division--revolving fund; and the amount of two hundred fifty thousand dollars be transferred from "Former" Account No. 8280-99, "WVFIMS" Account No., Fund No. 8623, fiscal year 1994, No. Organization 0926, public service commission--cash control, and that said amounts be transferred and added to "Former" Account No. 5900, "WVFIMS" Account No., Fund No.0226, fiscal year 1994, No. Organization 0221, public defender services, as designated herein, supplementing and amending chapter one, acts of the Legislature, one thousand nine hundred ninety-three, to thereafter read as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to transfer specified amounts from accounts designated herein to supplement and amend the existing items of appropriation in "Former" Account No. 5900, "WVFIMS" Account No., Fund No. 0226, fiscal year 1994, Organization No. 0221, public defender services, for expenditure in the fiscal year 1993-1994, with such amounts to be transferred and available upon passage of the bill.
